  4. Superior gluteal nerve (to gluteus minimus and tensor fasciae latae)
  5. Gluteus minimus muscle
  6. Tensor fasciae latae muscle
  7. Gluteus medius muscle (insertion)
  8. Greater trochanter
  9. Gluteus maximus muscle (cut off near insertion)
  10. Superior gluteal vein
