The pelvic peritoneum has been entirely removed. The pelvic fascia has been teased away from the structures within the right side of the pelvic cavity so that the interrelations of the ureter, ductus deferens, lateral umbilical ligament, lymphatics, blood vessels and nerves may be examined.
