The muscle has been elevated and its fascicles separated or cut away in part to expose the intramuscular course of its nerve.

2 . Brachioradialis muscle (tendon of insertion)

4 . Extensor can radialis brevis muscle (tendon of insertion)

6 . Flexor digitorum superficialis (radial head, cut off)
