Dissection of head and neck from a posterior approach
Fascia colli; cervical part of trapezius muscle
The dissected area to the left of the midline has not been altered from the previous view. On the right side the skin and tela subcutanea have been removed and the fascia cut away from the trapezius and sternocleidomastoid muscles.
