- Cutaneous twig of of ulnar nerve
- Proper palmar digital artery
- Opponens digiti minimi muscle
- Upper pointer: Flexor digiti minimi muscle Lower pointer: Abductor digiti minimi muscle
- Palmar aponeurosis
- Abductor pollicis brevis muscle
- Palmar cutaneous branch of median nerve
- Anterior carpal ligament
- Palmaris brevis muscle (reflected laterally)
- Muscular branches of ulnar nerve (to palmaris brevis muscle)
- Ulnar artery
- Ulnar nerve
- Basilic vein
