22 Treatment of Children.Digital Access Springer 2017 - ArticleElectron microscope observations of the membrane surrounding polyhedral inclusion bodies of insects.Hess RT, Falcon LA.Arch Virol. 1978;56(1-2):169-76.Paracrystalline inclusion bodies (polyhedra) which occlude insect viruses are bounded by two membrane units which are closely appressed. The membranes appear to be similar to those of cisternae found in the nucleus. These cisternae were observed associated with polyhedra in various stages of condensation and appression.
