    In order to keep the degree of polymerisation of moulding materials as low as possible until they are applied, a lower working temperature for the first and second material is necessary. In addition, the preliminary impression is cooled in ice water so that the flow capacity of the correcting compound in the capillary cleft is improved and unreliable model reduction can thus be avoided.
