- Posterior femoral cutaneous nerve
- Iliotibial tract (overlying vastus lateralis muscle)
- Branch of perforating artery accompanied by perforating vein
- Biceps femoris muscle (covered by fascia lata)
- Branch of obturator nerve
- Accessory saphenous vein
