The sheath has been cut away from the fourth finger and the flexor tendons have been elevated slightly.
- Deep transverse metacarpal ligament
- Ligament of digital sheath
- Extensor expansion of third finger
- Annular ligament of finger (part of sheath ligament)
- Digital cruciate ligament (part of sheath ligament)
- Phalanx III (periosteum removed)
- Lumbrical muscles
- Accessory slip of lumbrical muscle III
- Accessory slip of lumbrical muscle IV
- Flexor digitorum superficialis (tendon of insertion)
- Flexor digitorum profundus muscle (tendon of insertion)
