The skin and subcutaneous tissue have been removed except for a narrow margin retained at the edges of the eyelids.

2 . Ascending branches of dorsal nasal artery
3 . Frontalis muscle
4 . Ascending branches of infratrochlear nerve
5 . Descending branches of infratrochlear nerve
