2 . Gluteus maximus muscle (cut off)
3 . Posterior femoral cutaneous nerve (cut off)
4 . Fascial septum
5 . Sciatic nerve
6 . Biceps femoris muscle
7 . Vastus lateralis muscle (covered by iliotibial tract)
8 . Tibial nerve
9 . Popliteal fossa
10 . Common peroneal nerve
11 . Adductor magnus muscle
12 . Gracilis muscle
13 . Semitendinosus muscle
14 . Semimembranosus muscle
15 . Popliteal vein
16 . Popliteal artery
