- Left atrioventricular opening
- Left pulmonary veins (upper vein obscured)
- Fat in posterior part of coronary sulcus
- Reflected flap of posterior atrial wall

- Inferior vena cava (at point of entrance into right atrium)
- Line of reflection of serous pericardium
