- Deep branch of radial nerve (muscular branches)
- Branches of dorsal interosseous artery
- Extensor pollicis longus muscle
- Left pointer: Muscular branch of radial nerve (to extensor carpi radialis brevis muscle) Right pointer: Deep branch of radial nerve
