The left crus has been cut off and the inferior fascia of the urogenital diaphragm has been removed to display the course of blood vessels and nerves supplying the left half of the penis.

1. Corpus spongiosum of penis
2. Corpora cavernosa of penis
3. Lesser trochanter
4. Crus of penis (sectioned)
5. Septum penis (exposed by removal of left crus)
6. Urethral arteries
7. Ischial tuberosity
8. Bulbospongiosus muscle (cut along midline raphe)
