Blood vessels and nerves of dorsum of penis; suspensory ligament of penis

The superficial and deep fascial layers have been reflected from the dorsal surface of the penis. The fundiform ligament has been removed to expose the suspensory ligament and to demonstrate the relations of nerves and arteries to the latter.

1. Ductus deferens (retracted laterally)
2. Pectineus muscle
3. Inferior pubic ramus
4. Obturator externus III
5. Dorsal nerves of the penis
6. Dorsal arteries of the penis
7. Dorsal vein of the penis (superficial dorsal veins removed)
8. Deep (Buck's) fascia of penis
9. Superficial penile fascia
10. Head of penis
11. Glans penis
12. Location of pubic symphysis
13. Suspensory ligament of the penis (fundiform ligament removed)
14. Pubic tubercle
15. Spermatic cord
16. Acetabular branch of obturator artery
17. Ischial tuberosity
18. Obturator membrane (obturator internus muscle visible through membrane)
19. Body of pubic bone (covered by periosteum)
