Most of the diaphragm has been cut away. In the thorax the aorta, hemiazygos vein, sympathetic trunk and greater splanchnic nerve have been dissected, together with portions of the intercostal vessels. Below the diaphragm the dissection is similar to that shown in view 152-1.
