The lateral head (14) of the triceps muscle has been divided and separated to expose the underlying radial nerve and deep brachial artery.

5. Muscular branch of radial nerve (to medial head of triceps)
6. Radial nerve
7. Dorsal antebrachial cutaneous nerve
8. Inferior transverse ligament of scapula
9. Acromion of scapula
10. Infraspinatus muscle
11. Axillary artery
12. Teres major muscle
13. Triceps brachii muscle (medial head)
14. Triceps brachii muscle (lateral head)
15. Olecranon
