Supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor and teres major muscles
The fascia has been removed. The teres minor in this specimen is fused with the infraspinatus.

- Teres minor muscle (fused with infraspinatus muscle)
- Posterior circumflex artery of humerus
- Muscular branch axillary nerve (to teres minor muscle)
- Triceps brachii muscle (lateral head)
- Circumflex artery and vein of scapula
- Triceps brachii muscle (long head)
- Teres major muscle
- Upper pointer: Long thoracic nerve Lower pointer: Serratus anterior muscle
- Levator muscle of scapula
- Supraspinatus
- Branch superficial cervical artery

- Remnant of tendon of insertion of trapezius muscle
