Nerve and blood supply to left lattisimus dorsi muscle
The muscle has been divided close to its origin (13) and reflected laterally. The thick layer of fascia deep to the muscle remains intact.
- Teres major muscle
- Posterior brachial cutaneous nerve
- Triceps brachii muscle
- Latissimus dorsi muscle (reflected laterally)
- Ulnar nerve
- Medial epicondyle of humerus
- Infraspinatus fascia
- Thoracodorsal nerve
- Thoracodorsal artery
- Inferior angle of scapula
- Fascial layer deep to latissimus dorsi muscle
- Sacrospinalis muscle (covered by lumbodorsal fascia)
- Latissimus dorsi muscle (cut across near origin)
- Posterior inferior serratus muscle (beneath fascia)
