- External nasal branch of anterior ethmoidal nerve
- Lateral nasal cartilage (cut away)
- Nasal septum
- Greater alar cartilage (lateral crus cut away)
- Nasal mucosal membrane
- Apex nasi
- Hair
- Vestibule (of nose)
- Cut edge of skin of mobile nasal septum
- Artery of nasal septum
- Depressor septi nasi muscle (lateral fibers form alar part nasalis muscle, not a separate muscle in this case)
- Superior labial branches infraorbital nerve (cut ofl)
