Relation of infraorbital plexus of nerves to quadratus labii superioris muscle, anterolateral view
The orbicularis oculi muscle has been reflected superiorly. The zygomatic head (16) of the quadratus labii superioris muscle has been cut off and its infraorbital head turned superomedially (5). The zygomatic muscle has been removed. The angular artery has been transected.
