Foramen of Luschka
The rootlets of nerves IX, X, and XI have been turned medially to expose the lateral aperture of the fourth ventricle from which choroid plexus protrudes.

9 . Anterior inferior cerebellar artery
10 . Abducens nerve (VI)
11 . Pyramid (medulla oblongata)
12 . Hypoglossal nerve (XII)
