The superficial nerves have been preserved along with the major superficial venous pathways. The dorsal fascia of the foot has been partially removed.

- Extensor hallucis brevis muscle
- Dorsalis pedis artery
- Venous arch of dorsalis pedis
- Deep peroneal nerve
- Extensor hallucis longus muscle (tendon)
