The posterior ligament of the head of the fibula has been divided. The fibula has been rotated forward to open the tibiofibular articulation.
1 . Anterior cruciate ligament (cut off)
2 . Posterior meniscofemoral ligament (ligament of Wrisberg)
3 . Posterior cruciate ligament (cut off)
4 . Medial meniscus
5 . Medial condyle of tibia (superior articular surface)
6 . Articular capsule (cut off)

9 . Tendon of insertion of sartorius muscle
