1 . Body of femur
2 . Lateral superior genicular artery
3 . Margin of Articular capsule
4 . Lateral epicondyle of femur
5 . Collateral ligament of fibula
6 . Tendon of popliteus muscle (upper pointer, extracapsular portion; lower pointer, portion covered by reflection of synovial membrane)
