- Iliac lymph node
- External iliac vein
- Superior ramus of pubic bone
- Obturator artery and vein (emerging through obturator canal)
- Obturator nerve
- Pectineus muscle
- Muscular branch of obturator nerve (to obturator externus muscle)
- Area of origin of obturator externus muscle
- Upper pointer: Obturator nerve Lower pointer: Obturator artery
- Iliopsoas muscle
- Rectus femoris muscle (origin)
- Obturator membrane
- Hip articular capsule
- Medial femoral circumflex artery
- Quadratus femoris muscle (origin)
- Obturator externus muscle (reflected downward)
