Semimembranosus muscle and short head of biceps femoris
The long head of the biceps (4) has been cut off near its junction with the short head. The semitendinosus has been removed to expose the semimembranosus (9).
- Gluteus maximus muscle
- Vastus lateralis muscle (covered by Iliotibial tract)
- Short head of biceps femoris muscle
- Long head of biceps femoris (cut off)
