The fascia lata has been removed and the underlying muscles have been cleaned of connective tissue and slightly separated from each other.

1. Gluteus maximus muscle
2. Iliotibial tract
3. Posterior femoral cutaneous nerve
4. Long head of biceps femoris muscle
5. Short head of biceps femoris muscle
6. Tibial nerve
7. Common peroneal nerve
8. Lesser saphenous.vein
9. Ischial tuberosity
10. Perineal branch of posterior femoral cutaneous nerve
11. Adductor magnus muscle
12. Semitendinosus muscle
13. Semimembranosus muscle
14. Gracilis muscle
15. Sartorius muscle
16. Greater saphenous vein
17. muscle gastrocnemius
