Posterior fascial relations of right kidney
The kidney has been turned medially to demonstrate the posterior part of the adipose capsule. The fibrous tissue of the adipose capsule fuses with structures in the renal hilum. The posterior lamina of the renal fascia and the transversalis fascia have been exposed in the lower part of the dissected area.
