- Brachialis muscle
- Position of head of radius (covered by articular capsule)
- Supinator muscle
- Common extensor digitorum muscle (retracted)
- Deep branch of radial nerve (muscular branches)
- Branches of dorsal interosseous artery
- Extensor pollicis longus muscle
- Left pointer: Muscular branch of radial nerve (to extensor carpi radialis brevis muscle) Right pointer: Deep branch of radial nerve
- Radial artery
- Extensor carpi radialis brevis muscle
- Abductor pollicis longus muscle
