The brachioradialis muscle has been retracted upward and the extensor carpi radialis longus has been detached from its origin and reflected laterally.

1. Brachioradialis muscle (area of origin)
2. Brachialis muscle
3. Extensor carpi radialis longus muscle (area of origin)
4. Lateral epicondyle of humerus
5. Muscular branches of radial nerve (to extensor carpi radialis longus muscle)
6. Extensor carpi radialis longus muscle (reflected laterally)
7. Recurrent radial artery
8. Common extensor digitorum muscle
9. Brachioradialis muscle (retracted upward)
10. Superficial branch of radial nerve
11. Deep branch of radial nerve
12. Radial artery
