Claustrum; choroidal arteries in transverse fissure
The body of the fornix has been removed on each side to reveal the meninges within the transverse fissure. Choroidal branches of the posterior cerebral arteries lie within this fissure and supply branches to the choroid plexuses of the lateral and third ventricles.
