The obturator membrane and neighboring parts of the pubic and ischial bones have been resected.
1 . Gluteus minimus muscle
2 . Gluteus medius muscle
3 . Gluteus maximus muscle
4 . Piriform muscle
5 . Sciatic nerve (upper pointer, tibial nerve; lower pointer, common peroneal nerve)
6 . Sacrotuberous ligament
7 . Tendon of obturator internus muscle (cut off close to lesser sciatic foramen gemelli muscles removed)
8 . Obturator internus muscle (exposed in situ area of origin from bone lies anterior to muscular branches of obturator vessels)
9 . Ischial tuberosity (partially cut away)
10 . External anal sphincter muscle
11 . Posterior labial branch internal pudendal artery
12 . Body of ilium
13 . Anterior inferior iliac spine (origin of rectus femoris visible)
14 . Acetabular labrum
15 . Upper pointer: Iliopsoas muscle Lower pointer: Inguinal ligament
16 . Femoral vein
17 . Obturator nerve
18 . Pubic symphysis
19 . Labium majus
