- Lumbrical muscle I
- Branch dorsal metacarpal artery I (dorsal digital artery)
- Dorsal digital nerves of radial nerve
- Dorsal interosseous muscle I
- Adductor pollicis muscle (transverse head)
- Branch dorsal metacarpal artery I (dorsal digital artery)
- Tributary to cephalic vein
- Abductor pollicis brevis muscle
- Metacarpal I
- Extensor pollicis brevis muscle (tendon of insertion)
- Extensor pollicis longus muscle (tendon of insertion)
- Position of metacarpophalangeal joint of thumb
- Extensor expansion
- Proper palmar digital nerve of median nerve
- Proper palmar digital artery
