Nerve supply to gracilis muscle, anterior view
The adductor longus has been cut away. The gracilis has been turned medially and dissected to reveal branches of the obturator nerve that penetrate the muscle.

- Anterior branch of obturator nerve (to gracilis muscle)

- Deep femoral artery (muscular branches)
