The greater omentum and transverse colon have been retracted upward to expose the infraomental part of the peritoneal cavity. Loops of the jujenum and ileum have been arranged to display the right side of the mesentery.

1. Greater omentum (retracted upward)
2. Transverse colon (elevated)
3. Horizontal part of duodenum (covered by peritoneum)
4. Root of mesenteries
5. Ascending colon
6. Ileocecal junction
7. Cecum
8. Jejunum (retracted to the left)
9. Mesenteries
10. Descending colon
11. Ileum (retracted to the left and downward)
