Liaison Program

Lane's Liaison Program pairs every department, division, institute, and lab with a Lane librarian. Your liaison can help you find and use the key bibliographic tools in your area; help you learn more about search strategies and information management; conduct searches for you; be your advocate for issues relating to the library's collection; and more. Contact your liaison for more information or to set up a consultation. You can also use the Ask Us form to request an appointment, or the search request form to request that your liaison conduct a search for you.

Ready Reference Assistance

For quick questions, feel free to drop by the Lane service desk, call us at 650-723-6831 (option #4), or Ask Us online (we'll respond within 24 hours).
