DocXpress, Lane's web-based interlibrary loan and document delivery service.

Submitting Requests

Select "Yes, charge me" on the web form just before the submit button. Note this option is available on each request form.

Delivery Method

All articles are delivered as PDF flies to your account.

Fees

Articles from Lane Library

• $5.00 per article
• Add 20 cents per page after 20 pages

Articles at other Stanford Libraries

• Add a $5.00 fee for each trip made by the library runner to the base fee

Billing

An invoice will be sent for requests filled within each calendar month.

Payment

Payment may be made in the following ways:

• PTA Please provide details about your PTA account (Account Number, Approver of the Account, Expiration Date, no P-card)
• Checks (personal check, no company check). Fees may be paid with checks made payable to Stanford University (No Credit Cards please)
• Cash Exact amount only

Delivery Time Frame

• Requests will be processed daily, Monday - Friday with a 48 hours turn around time
• We make every effort to place your requests as soon as they are received. Although more time may be required if the item is from other Stanford's libraries or Offsite
• Please contact us via phone or email if you need a more precise delivery time estimate.

• Newspapers in original format and CD
• Whole issues or volumes of journals
