All Stanford University Alumni have lifetime library privileges. Graduates enjoy access not only to the print collections, but also Internet access to our digital collections while visiting Lane.
When visiting Lane Library, alumni can access Stanford's e-resources (online journals, databases, e-books, and more).
Off-campus access to most e-journals and databases is licensed for current students, faculty, and staff only. Remote access privileges cannot be extended to alumni. However, many free resources, including PubMed, and many online journals included in PubMedCentral or Open Access Publishing are available. The Lane website is also available to all.
