About LaneLane Medical Library and Knowledge Management Center is a division of Information Resources & Technology in the School of Medicine. Lane is comprised of the following departments: Knowledge IntegrationKnowledge Integration staff develop and support search and discovery applications to simplify the workflow of clinicians, researchers, and biomedical trainees at the Stanford University Medical Center. Research & InstructionResearch & Instruction provides access to information resources and reference and consultation at the point of need in support of the Stanford University Medical Center. Resource ManagementResource Management staff acquire/license digital content and other library materials, organize and facilitate access to resources in support information services related to Stanford's biomedical research, education, and patient care missions.
About Educational TechnologyIRT's EdTech, which has offices inside Lane, provides a highly coordinated set of educational planning and support services to support the innovative and appropriate use of teaching technology throughout the school.
