Begin by contacting your library Liaison, who will find out what your group's information needs are and plan appropriate tours, presentations, and other activities.
If your department has an annual orientation, get in touch with your usual contact person. After plans are agreed upon, send your liaison a copy of your group's orientation schedule as confirmation of times, size of the group, and place to meet.
