Class: Large-Scale Data Analysis Using Ingenuity
Description
This training session walks users through the basics of expression data upload and comparison analysis, introduces functional and network analyses, provides information about significance calculations and ratios, explores how to drill down on findings and gene details, and discusses best practices for data analysis. You will learn more about the Ingenuity Systems algorithms and the benefit of those networks. You will also learn how to drill down on functions and pathway from your networks.
