Class: Overview of the TRANSFAC Database
Description: This class provides an overview of the commercial version of the TRANSFAC database of transcription factors (TFs), TF binding sites and associated genes.
TRANSFAC data analysis tools for querying the database and identifying sites in DNA sequences will also be reviewed.
