How important is the easy sharing of documents and data with your collaborators? Right, pretty important. Yet, don't you sometimes feel like teenagers are better connected to their pals than you are to your collaborators? Do you get the sense that you're not making full use of free/cheap tools that promote effective remote collaborations, whether from collaborators here at Stanford or back East?
This workshop will survey battle-tested gear that is robust, economical and proven to facilitate geographically dispersed research teams. Your collaborations are too important for you not to leverage these essential tools.
