Class: A Survey of Advanced NCBI Tools

This lecture-style workshop will survey seven powerful yet little known databases that store transcriptomic, proteomic and structural data, mostly hosted by NCBI.

In addition to exemplary application use cases, the workshop will pay special attention to each database's strengths and weaknesses.
