Some of Lane's less frequently used materials are stored in an offsite facility. You can request these through the Lane Catalog by following the steps below:
1) While viewing the record in the Lane Catalog, go to the top of the page and click on "Requests".
2) Login with your barcode (look at the example to find your barcode number) and last name.
3) On the next page, select "Request from Remote Storage (Offsite)" and click OK. A form will display with the item you are requesting.
4) Use the "Select an item" pulldown menu and scroll to select the volume you need. Do not use "Specify an issue"
5) Re-enter your Library Barcode ID number in the barcode field.
6) Click "Submit Request"
We will email or phone you when the item arrives at Lane.
