Are there 24 hour study/computer lab spaces in the Medical Center?

School of Medicine students and residents have access to the computer lab in M222A, the 24/7 study room (M202) and the Fleischmann labs using their Hospital security badges. Most School of Medicine graduate students are not issued a security card during orientation and need to request one from the library and the Security Card office.

If you do not have a card that gives you access to the labs and would like one, you must
  1. Come to the circulation desk at Lane Medical Library with your Stanford ID card. They will verify that you are eligible for access and give you a signed access form.
  2. Take the access form to Hospital Security office (one floor below the ER) where they will issue you a the Security Card.

For more details about study spaces and policies please see the EdTech Student Study Space Policies web site.

A complete list of study spaces available at the Medical Center is available at Student Study Spaces page.
