Entering multi-part organization names into EndNote.
To properly format a long, multi-part organizational name in EndNote (e.g., U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Center for Environmental Health), place a double-comma after the first part of the name, and single commas after each subsequent parts EXCEPT for the last. See below:
U.S. Department of Health and Human Services,, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Center for Environmental Health
Endnote will display the author as:
U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Center for Environmental Health
