Heidi is Associate Dean for Knowledge Management, Acting Director of the Lane Library and manages Lane's Research & Instruction group (R&I). Research & Instruction supports Stanford University Medical Center by providing access to information resources and consultation at the point of need. R&I services include: access services to books and collections, including Special Collections & Archives; DocXpress (interlibrary loan & document delivery); customized workshops & training; and public computing.
