As lead of the Access Services team, Sandee works with the Circulation Services and Document Delivery staff (DocXpress & ILL) to provide rapid, seamless access to Lane's resources, both print and digital. Sandee also monitors the questions received via "LaneAskUs", the library's write-in online reference service.
